New Chelsea defender WesleyFofana is set for a spell on the sidelines after he picked up an injury during the UEFA Champions League clash with AC Milan at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night. The young Frenchman was seen on crutches at the end of the game which ended in a 3-0 win for his time. According to Sky Sports News, Fofana could missbetween four to six weeks after suffering a knee sprain during the first half of the Milan game.

Chelsea have a new owner in Todd Boehly and he made a big statement in the transfer window this summer. Boehly splashed the cash on new players including Fofana. Chelsea paid around £70m to sign Fofana from fellow Premier League side Leicester City.
