Sure Kerry is a great place, the second best in Ireland. But reality doesn’t always fit in with Kerry folk’s misty-eyed romanticism about everywhere in Kerry, and themselves Tthe part in the video where the fella says Kerry never complain when they lose on the football field I’m thinking of specifically. Thats hilarious- whenever Kerry lose it’s ALWAYS someone’s elses fault.

There are no “knackers” or “caravans” in Cork?? Re: Listowel, I assume you’re referring to one specific case of supposed rape. I don’t know what happened exactly but wasn’t the man involved acquitted? Or the charges were dropped? Which mean he’s innocent. As for Killarney, I can’t imagine there being more than a handful of heroin addicts in the entire town. It’s one of the nicest spots in the entire country. Drugs are everywhere. (I’d love to see the figures for Cork by the way.)

I love how the old boy says they don’t complain when they lose, he mustn’t have heard of whingebag Jack O’ Connor , or the “liginds” all wheeeled out to complain whenever Tinker Galvin or Tramp Tomás or Dirty Dara or any other Kerry knacker faces discipline.
